Because of closing it’s not possible to return your products

 

Returns

If (part of) the order unexpectedly does not meet the requirements, the order can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Send before the return e-mail to info@zreefer.nl and in the e-mail the following:
– name
– Order number
– product
– Reason for return.

Once we receive your email we will send a confirmation e-mail.

Once confirmation is received, the unused items can be sent to the address you get by email.

The cost of the return shipment are borne by the customer.
If we have received the item we will refund within 14 days paid back the amount of the returned items.

When lawfully incorrect returns are administration charges a € 3.95 deducted. Returns that do not comply can not be handled our requirements. You are legally obliged to ensure proper arrival at us, we are not liable for damage or loss in the shipping process to us.
Exchange

If the size or color of the item you have ordered is not to your liking, you can always exchange it within 14 days of receipt (if available).
The shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The application should always be pre-notified by e-mail (info@zreefer.nl).
Once your application has been confirmed by us, you can send the items back to us.
Note: The items must, unusual, unworn, really, to be with ticket out and unwashed.
Bespoke (custom items), personalization products and sale items can not be returned or exchanged.
Returns can only with RMA number. we receive a return without an RMA number, we can not continue this process.
Returns that do not meet the above will not be considered. Orders that are sent without consultation be returned to sender by mail in advance on costs of the customer.
