1. Zreefer Account

How do I create a Zreefer account?

You can via My Account at the top of the website, links from the shopping cart, login or create an account. If you already have an account, you will find an overview of the recently placed orders and account information. If you click on My Orders in your account menu, you will see a summary of all orders placed and have the ability to view orders.

I forgot my password / username lost, can you help me?

Click on the link ‘forgot password?’ We will send you an e-mail with information on how to reset your password and / or username.

How do I subscribe to the newsletter?

This can be at the bottom of our homepage

2. Ordering Process

How do I place an order online?

You can place an order on our website. When you are finished shopping, click “shopping cart” to place the order. The selected products and price are indicated here. Here you can also change or cancel an order. If you wish to continue ordering, press the ‘order’.

Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation by email. When we send the order, you will also find an email about. If you choose shipping with track & trace, you will receive an email with our shipper code them once your package is ready for shipment. You can track your package via the link in your e-mail referring to the track and trace of TNT.

How can I add a discount to my order?

If you have received a discount code Zreefer, you can use it with your next order. You can enter the discount code in the ‘cart’ and also in ‘checkout’.

When will my order?

All our products are manufactured by hand. This means that there is an average delivery time of 1 to at max 2 weeks after order, with the exception of pre-orders.
We ship every Thursday morning all completed orders. Here you will automatically receive an email about it. Can prevent any additional delivery days, but are not standard.

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is a reservation of an item that is not available and must get out. You order the product and receive order confirmation immediately after the order. Once the product is available and shipped you will receive the track & trace number.

When my order will be sent when placing a pre-order?

Immediately after the order you receive an order confirmation. Once the article is in stock and shipped you will receive a track & trace (if it fits your chosen shipping method) so you can track the package via Post NL.
If you have placed an order with one item is a pre-order, the entire order will be shipped after this item is available. Zreefer not send orders in different areas. If you wish so, you can order a pre-order item separately from the other products.

Although we are very careful in identifying pre-order products, there is a small chance that a pre-order item can not be delivered. In that case Zreefer will always reimbursement, without deduction of the costs incurred, move on.

The expected delivery times are not legally binding.

What is a custom item?

If there is a product that custom options, there described in the product which can be adjusted. This may be by having a name printed or embroidered or possibly a style, there can be passed at a desired product.

When my order will be sent with a custom item?

When ordering a custom item, which is made entirely for you, it usually takes 2 to 3 working weeks before your order is ready, after payment.

3. Payments

What payment methods are there?

You can pay with iDeal, PayPal, Bancontact, Mister Cash, Belfius Direct, SOFORT, bitcoins and a transfer from your bank. If you choose to pick up your products with us in the studio, there is also the possibility to pin location or to pay cash.

What happens if I send something back?

To return applies our return and exchange policy. Returns are not possible for products that are personalized or custom made.

4. Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping costs if I order something online?

Our website is arranged so that you have a send choices. Can your products through the mail, then you can choose from a piece of mail, parcel post and obviously a package. Charges will be automatically calculated and our regulations outlined in the terms and conditions related to ensuring your shipment from us.

Within which time an order is delivered?

Zreefer delivers on average within 1 to max 2 weeks after payment in which your products are made carefully. If your products have been in stock, will send Zreefer earlier. When you order a pre-order it will be sent once it is available. And when you order during our holidays (read our news, top of the homepage and on our social media channels), the working week is not until the day after we returned from vacation.

That is online it is a product in stock, usually means that the material is available to make your products. If the products already are well stocked, these are of course sent earlier.

What delivery options are available?

You can choose the location where the package should be delivered. This can be done at home, at work, at the neighbors or at any other address in the Netherlands. Zreefer does not PakjeGemak. Sending to such a location ensures that your package is lost or it is either returned to us. The costs are for your account. Zreefer is not responsible for checking whether the address is correct and accepts regular shipments. Any additional costs are associated with this return to us for your account.

How do I exchange an item online and / or return?

6. Maintenance clothing

How can I wash the products best?

For the best care of your clothes, you follow the washing instructions.

If there is in the celebration of this washing instructions still be a problem? Send us an email with the product, photos of the problem and your order number and we like to look with you for a suitable solution

You can use our sizing chart to be sure of the correct size.

8. Other questions

How is it that the same product has a slightly different color?

Because our fabrics by up to 10 meters receive the same bin, it is possible that a product has a slightly different shade than another of the same substance.

Can I see your products on location in real life?

No, that’s not possible. We are a websohp, without a showroom. Not all our products are in stock and are often made for the orders, or stock made by other seamstresses who manufacture our products in their own workshop.

How long will it take to get an answer to my mail?

On average you get an answer within 3 to 5 days to your mail. Workdays are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and our holidays.

Can I call you?

No, we have a voicemailbox that you can call, make sure you tell us your emailadress, so we can contact you via email.

Is it possible to buy your products for sale?

Yes, it is possible to buy in small or large quantities of our products for sale. A little introduction about that can be found on our Wholesale page.
